collect+ shopping cart customization

I would like to allow my customers to use Collect plus to receive my products. Collect+ delivers a package to a grocery shop rather than to someone's house. The customer needs to be able to search for shops around their house, pick they preferred shop and I need to be informed what this preferred shop is. I currently use e-junkie shopping cart but it can be easily customized as described here [login to view URL] .
