Adware Widget Tool

I’m looking for somebody to develop a currency convertor widget that appears on the bottom-right corner of your desktop – for Window users only. It will automatically run when Windows starts up. When the user installs the application, it asks for name, age, status, interests and country. This application will incorporate adware that will send data to my host server about websites users are visiting. On this host side, you can create pop-ups that occur once every 24 hours for each user if the user visits certain websites or search a specific keyword on Google/MSN/Yahoo that I create the pop up for – even if you want to make it specific to their age, status, interests or country. It’s a fairly straight forward application. I’m looking to have this application finished within a week or less. My budget for this project is $300. More applications like this will be needed in the future just like this – so I’m looking for somebody who can continue to create more apps like this for me.
