Crawling a site (data parsing)

We are interested to parse some site and gather data. I will provide the links to the pages (different categories, about 70-100 pages in total ) of the sites from where I want the data to be extracted. Those pages contain a list of some description and some contact info . (see the attached picture) I want this data to be extracted and to obtain a database something like this (csv, etc)(see the attached picture) Basically you are responsible to develop script / solution for us or just to provide the data (probably 500 – 1500 inputs in that site) You can use everything you want : scripting, websundew, velocity extractor, mozenda or similar tools. This simple project is a first step. I also have some 2 more sites that I need data to be extracted (probably 1000 – 2000 inputs in total). The another site requires to submit a search form --> crawl the results --> and scrape sections and fields of a resulting html pages to rows and columns in a spreadsheet or database. Please do not send me PM with info that are not relevant to this project . Experience in similar projects is a good advantage.
