Cha-Lang Implement Design into Programming

This project is for Cha-Lang ([login to view URL]). Design has already been done, and the html for the design will be provided for this project. What we are wanting is the design to be implemented into these services: Shopping (oscmall) Help (Live Help Center) Clubs (NetClubs) Personals (the personals through the clubs, not the personals linked to from the site) Also a few minor adjustments to the real estate and email. The program is running longer than the template. Basically this would be to have the template fit the full screen that the program creates. And also the clasifieds would be editted for the table colors and to fit the page. The provider should have a good knowledge of programming and html. Estimated project budget is about $150.
