Clone needed

Hello, I need clone of software and web site: [login to view URL] Can you clone software, web site or both and how long it would take? When some company buy license to monitor 200 computers, for example, we want give them monitoring agent they will be installed on every of these 200 computers and Monitoring Center Software that will be installed on their server so they can monitor computers on their own. Same time this license will not allow them to monitor more than 200 computers. I'd like also make this software to record to file and later report to web site times when computer was accessed (keys pressed or mouser moved) and times when computer was not in used. Also it should be able to send email or sms when computer is being accessed outside of user specified schedule. Since this software is patented I'd like to be able to distribute this program in some countries for free(where patent exists) and will need 2nd version that will be paid. Free version must show my banners on web site and in the software so I can make money from advertising. Paid version must show my banners on web site only. It should be able to restore itself in case someone try to delete this Software. For example, if it is installed on drive D: - it should install copy itself on drive C: so if someone delete the program on drive D: - it will start from disk C: (and restore deleted copy on disk D:). So it will survive formatting of drive D. To prevent this software from being deleted is it possible to put this software on flash drive and make it start when computer starts? Can this flash drive be placed inside laptop permanently (not outside)? I'd need this web site to be done in different languages. It should be able to make photos by web cam and send photos to monitoring center. Regards
