Database and Perl help

I have a MLM business with a 5 by 8 forced structure matrix. Everything is in place but I want to do something to integrate with it. It is a fairly complex and delicate program from what I understand already so whoever does it needs to know what they are doing. What I want done is as follows: What I would like for the project is as follows: What it is is people will be able to sign up for other network marketing programs through my system and they can have their downline sign up for and then then next level in the downline can sign up for it as well and so forth down through the matrix. It can be easily integrated with the current database. 1. When I chose a new program I enter it into a form which goes into the database for my particular account. 2. Once this happens, the people on my first level will see that they can sign up for the program. If you login to the site at [login to view URL] and use the username freedom and password freedom you will see how it will look. On the lefthand column there will be a link such as "New Programs" or something. So when I sign up for a program it will go into my database as well as the databases of the people on my level 1. So when they click on "new programs" they will be able to sign up for it under me. 3. If they do not sign up within 5 days they then the people below them will see the link of myself. For example: If level 1 signs up for a program, then level 1 person will put their info into a form so that then, level 2 can sign up for the program using level 1's link. Once level 2 signs up then level 3 can sign up under level 2's link. If however level 2 does not sign up within 5 days, then level 3 will be able to sign up under level 1's link instead. 4. Also it would be great to send level 2 an email when level 1 signs up and level 3 an email when level 2 signs up, stating they have 5 days to sign up for the new program. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux and runs on perl scripts
