Discount coupon generator / tracker

We would like a discount coupon system that customers can print, posted on facebook, message on Facebook , twitter or email.

Once a new customer sign up with the club, the manager registers the user using their email address and their FOB button. (the FOB reader emulates the keyboard sending 10 digits then hitting enter) On registration, the system creates a record made up of the customers email, customers FOB number and a Rewards ID number. The system also creates a PDF voucher using a template (see example attached) adding the Rewards ID as a number and a barcode  .  The manager is then able to print these some vouchers while the customer is waiting.  The customer will be sent a link to their email which will allow them to activate their Rewards point account.  The link will require them to enter their full name and to create a password. By going to our website, they can login use their email and password. A forget password option will be required. Once logged in, customers can print more or use social media and email to share their vouchers. This will include facebook posting, facebook messaging and twiiter.  Customer can also view the number of vouchers that already have been presented under their Rewards ID. This gives them club credits which can be used to buy items listed .(eg ..2 credits can buy movie tickets for 2 people , or 5 club credits can buy you a $50 itunes card)  For a customer to claim their gifts, they select items like a shopping cart and check out using their credit points. The manager receives the order via email with a link that when selected , indicates that the order is processed. Customer will receive an email when order placed and another one once the order is processed status. When a friend presents the voucher and joins the club, the manager will scan the barcode which credits the referring customers account only once the new customers FOB number is added...if new FOB number already exists, then account is not credited. . With all manager functions, the manager has to be logged in using their own FOB button....If Fob is not available or lost, a OTP (one time password) is SMS’ed to the managers mobile phone. To send a SMS , it is a matter of posting a HTTP .... will be using the Clickatell gateway.  We would like the system to also allow credits to be added to customers accounts for other means... example...we run a competition , the winner get 10 club points.    This requires the Administrator to create these winning vouchers.. The Administrator enters the number of club points, and the date it expires if not claimed. The voucher is either downloaded as a pdf file or printed. See attached for example.  ...The winning customer logins into their account and enters the winning code which credits their account by that amount. Code is then voided and cant be used again.  Each time a management function is carried out, a record of which manager is recorded, eg. Adding credits.
