cgi proxy script modification

I need some tweaks done on this perl script: [login to view URL] The tweaks involve mainly modding the code but one of the tasks is more of a sys admin type of task. Your working environment will be a VPS on a public IP running centos 5.2 to which you will have full root access during the project. ## Deliverables I need three coding tasks performed on this script. 1. It needs to be modded to run on fastcgi. If you can do this then please let me know if you are also able to add any performance tuning to the script besides adding the 'use fastcgi' directive. You need to be mindful of any variable persistence issues that may crop up and should know how to properly profile the script to make sure none of it's functionality is broken. 2. I need to add password and captcha authentication to each user session. This means that each time someone reaches the script -if I have the feature enabled- then they are prompted with either a captcha challenge or with password authentication or both depending on which one I have enabled or disabled. If you can code either one or both of these methods then indicate so. 3. The script needs to be able to browse [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] properly. The latest version is actually meant to be able to do that already but evidently after it's release youtube changed their format and skewed the proxification so it probably just needs a little tweak. There is already a mod floating around that I have access to which works on PHP proxies which can proxify youtube so worst case scenario this could easily be ported over to perl very very easily. ? If you can do any or all of these tasks then mention that in your proposal. If you can do more than one then besides the total bid you must also indicate how much you would charge for any one of the three particular tasks separately on top of the charge for the combined work that you would do.
