AATC Modify Box to Scroll Box

[login to view URL] needs to have a place for announcements. We would like the current Brown box which is used for Featured video made into a scroll box that can be edited in our control panel. We still need the same image with the Featured video description capability and link. We would like a "announcement details" link to go to an Announcement Detail page. This llink would be at the? end of the scroll. This page should allow us to add Text information from the control panel. It should have the same editing capability and format as the "Thought of the day" page.? I have a image to show the basic look. I beleive most of this can be duplicated from the existing page (Thought of the Day). I have Yahoo IM and Skype. Thank you
