Affiliate get paid to gateway website

I am looking for an affiliate website, where I will be offering websites an easily integrated api or iframe, or some other easy method which we can discuss to be able to display our offers. I am offering websites incentives offers for their members to complete. Usually these websites are game sites in which they can offer their members points. I need to have the website owners able to register, install the gateway, see stats, and change any info such as payment method. The backend needs to be able to suspend and delete any fraud accounts. Able to easily add offers, and confirm a successful offer and have it postback to the website owner's website. I need a professional layout for the website and all the branding also with logos.
