Art Gallery website

Hello I need an Art Gallery website. As I am familiar with Xoops cms and use it for all my website I wich to meet someone very knowledgable with xoops The projec is simple and i am looking for something similar to the following website [login to view URL] The project include installation of all necessary module and the following: specific modules tiny editor formulaire xlanguage You will have to add the pictures, a video to the website and create links for paypal. I am looking for someone who already built this type of website and someone who will be in a position to be knowledgable enough to tell me what i need even thoug I did not mention it in this proposal. In other word you are the pro and you tell me what I need according to what I want as a finish product A plus would be someone who can at least read an understand french as this website will be bilingual Need someone with experience with Xoops cms
