Automatic PDF creation from form with editing capabilities

I have a website running on JOOMLA 1.5 hosted on hostgator.com. I need to create a form. Once people fill the form I get a notification email with a link to EDIT the content of the form. Once I complete editing the form I click SUBMIT and the client who filled the form gets an email with a PDF generated from the form (that will look like an invoice). If this can be done as a joomla component it's good. If not - not a problem just let me know how you're planning on doing it. Thank you. ## Deliverables Attached you will find the PDF created in my friend's website. The email I received after he confirmed my booking form and clicked the submit button was: Dear Ehud Sege, Please find my invoice attached to this email. Invoice was created based on the information you submitted on our website, reviewed (and probably adjusted) by Asi Win. Please review it carefully.
