Bar Code App for iPhone/iPad/Android

I'm looking for an experienced worker in creating applications for Android and iPhone. The app will require the user to login or be able to pick up mobile number as id (as data needs to be associated and stored against an individual) The application needs to scan a barcode and store this barcode info in an existing database, by connecting to a server via the internet. Need to be able to store full info of product i.e name, description, SKU etc. For example Fido scans in a Mars bar then scans in a Twix Bar. At the end of the scanning - a brief summary is displayed to the user Barcode, Description, Time of scan, Qty (as you can scan same item mulitple times) for Mars Bar & Twix Bar sent to SQL Server database via the internet and assigned to Fidos user_id. The bar code element of the project can use any of the open source products out there - it is the wrapper around it that requires the development.
