Build a simple website using the Socrates theme

Currently the domain name is registered with Bluehost, so you need to take the necessary steps to create the website and get it online and host it at Bluehost Things to note: 1. the text in the website will be in French. I am looking for a clean and simple presentation, a red theme on a white background, with 2 columns , a banner along the top and a contact form in the top right hand corner 3. the contact form will just link up with a gmail account, already created I am looking for a good, honest job.
