CMS Consultation and Modification

I am working to put together a website that will be based off of an existing CMS platform.? This website will require plugin and/or module design and development, as well as theme design and development. You are bidding on a consultation via vworkers message system between yourself and I.? We will discuss the possibilities, explore CMS options, and I will get to know your overall knowledge of CMS systems in general and specific knowledge of the CMS we decide is best for my end-goals. The following are traits that are mandatory to this job.? Do not appy if you do not meet the following criteria: 1.)? You must speak english very well. 2.)? You must be very skilled with PHP programming. 3.)? You must be very talented with graphics and theme design. 4.)? You must have a less than 24-hour response time. 5.)? You must appreciate and apply industry standard practices for cross-browser compatibility.? Because this is a consultation, if you are awarded the project and answer all questions, you will be paid.? However, you will be rated on the quality of your answers and effort put forth to make sure that all options have been exhausted in regards to my end-goals. ## Deliverables I will not choose a consultant until the morning of 06/28/2010. Because I too am a programmer, I will attempt to respond to all bidders with either the reason why I am not choosing you, or that you are being considered.
