CMS site

First off The site needs to give? several people access from a browser to enter and change content. We will "fill" in the information. I am open to CMS open source modified. We are in need of a site to promote 1: anunual festival we run. It needs the following pages: On the website it would be nice to have: PDF Application: Downloadable PDF Document PDF Rules And Regulations: Downloadabe PDF Document History and Info: Static page Photo Gallery: Directions: Stactic page / link to mapping site (yahoo, google etc.) List of local hotels and RV camping: Database Driven would be nice List of Vendors: Database driven would be nice Contact Info: Static page Entertainment for the show: Static page NOTE: Static Pages editable from admin area. A similar site to what we require, but I don't like the layout / colors they have. <[login to view URL]> 2: Our church needs a web site and I am hoping that in doing the first site we will have the basic structure for the church. With only minor modifications. ## Deliverables Please make a note, This project is mostly just "configuring" the software. Again open source cms software will be fine. We just need to be sure it can have the basic "pages" listed. Please note that the admin area where pages are "edited" needs to be very easy to use. The support staff will not have any experience in web design.
