I have a running website: [login to view URL] It is made with cakephp 1.2 and it needs some modifications, which include, changes in some of the forms, the way some informations is printed and the way the reports and administrator panel handles information. Please review the site before commenting. Regards. ## Deliverables This site is an advertisment site. The companies buy a package that gives them space on the page. there are different packages including one basic that is free.? Is like? the yellow pages (familiar with the term?) The buyer uploads his companies info according with the packaged purchased. This may include several photos and a map. The administrator verifies the information before publishing it. The user comes to the site an looks for an ad by State or by Categorie, or at least that is the goal, that I can look for something by either option. And I can print the information from the service provider I chose or I contact them directly from the site with the form provided on the ad. (in some packages). The things that right now do not work correctly or do not work at all. For the buyer: He can't start the process and pause it. If he starts and for example does not has the correct credit card information and wants to comeback later, he looses all the progress. He cant print the contract, invoice? or packages options correctly. The form that the buyer needs to fill, has some fields that need to be ereased and some that need to be modified, for example the telephone field needs to have some "-" added to make it easy for the final user. The packages duration is 1 year. Within this year the buyer can change some information on his ad, like phone numbers, directions and products and promotions, right now this option is not working properly. For the administrator: The control panel is not friendly, looking for information or reports is very complicated and time consuming. The system does not alert the buyer when his ad has been published or denied. He cannot print the fiscal invoices directly from the system has to do it mannualy transfering the information. As a result he cannot provide the level of customer serivces he desires, when a costumer calls to ask about his ad or information, it takes for ever to find his data. For the final user. The information on the ad is not printed correctly, if I want to print the map, it does not matter the size or format, is printed all cropped out. Some of the diagnostics that we also haver are: Each category needs to be identified. For example if I look for a Laundry Service, Google does not identify that, not even if I look by it by name. (We did that test, looking for something that we knew was there, by name and location) We dont expect to be the first choice, but not to be in the list at all made us think that is something wrong. The banners. The site should have 3 banners by category in each city, and display them accordingly. This is for the bottom banners. The side banner should be displayed always in a random order. This is the banner for the ultimate package, the most expensive one of course. All the site has https://... when only the pages related with payment should. We will provide any graphics needed. Like banners, buttons and look and feel of the pages. These need to be? added: 1.- Home page In the home page we need 3 buttons instead of the parragraph. This buttons will get you to a list of different links, these are business exchanges with different companies. The user needs to be able tu filter by State.? The information will be uploaded by the administrator. We will provide the mock up of these pages. a) Noticias - For newspapers and magazines. b) Sitios de interes - For miscelanous c) Ferias y expos - For tradeshows and conventions.
