CiviCRM Membership & Event Integration on Drupal Site.

In CiviCRM we need a workflow which allows us to send a CSV file to our accounting system whenever data on a member is changing. The accounting system will return the HTTP request with a different CSV file, which allows CiviCRM to store the member_id in the accounting system. The format for member is at [Beispieldatei][1]When we organize an event, the event registrations, which have been approved, need to be sent to the accounting system as well, using the same CSV file method. In this case a customer_id will be returned, which can be saved for the CiviCRM contact just as you did with Members. The customer CSV is at [Beispieldatei][2] In addition to sending over the customer / participant information we need to send the "invoice" data for the event to the accounting system as well. This invoice is also in a CVS Table will return a successful creation. Additionally, when the user is paying via paypal (successfully), this needs to be marked in the CSV file (instead of the payment method "pay within 7 days"). CSV File can be found at [Beispieldatei][3] Member synchronization should be triggered when a new member info is created or updated. Deletion of members does not happen, they will just get an expire date for their membership, which needs to be transferred. A customer could get cancelled, yet the cancellation will happen from within the accounting system. We are using CiviCRM 3.3 on Drupal 6. The project needs to finish by the 22nd of February.
