Create multiple Wordpress Blogs, multiple domains on new virtual private server

Require assistance to build out private virtual server for 15 website domains. This completely new private virtual server will host up to 15 different & unique domains, each with its own Wordpress blog. At a high-level, I would like winning bidder to create? a unique common installation of WordPress, and thereafter duplicate only those files which are different from one blog to another ([login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc to name a few obvious ones) for each domain. So when the install needs to be upgraded, it only has to be upgraded in one place. When a plugin is downloaded and installed, it only has to be done once for all weblogs. <UPDATED> I will consider Wordpress MU if this is a viable solution. Note though that domains are different and need to be seen by Search Engines as different. Each domain must be seen by search engines as being unique from each other. Please advise if this is not possible. 2. No one domain / weblog must compromise the functionality of another, no 'blog entry' data should appear on multiple domains etc. 3. Each domain will use same Wordpress theme (base theme should be "3D-Realty", but another workpackage to this one will develop custom theme). 4. I'll provide details to winning bidder of the 15 domains and my preferred WP MySQL database table naming short-hand names for each domain (if you need this). 5. To demonstrate seemless upgrading of Wordpress, winning bidder must demonstrate server upgrades and site functionality when first installing version 2.0 of Wordpress, then after verification checking by me, upgrade server & sites to Wordpress version 2.8, then after verification checking by me upgrade server and sites to Wordpress version 2.9.
