Create DB structure

I have a very small custom script that I lost the Db structure for. Your job is to recreate the Db structure. this should be a small easy job. The script is 5 files in total without any user Db tabless or anything like that. The Script is attached so you can see how hard it seem to be. This is an easy job and I will primarely be looking for the cheapest coder. A good way to start building yourrating here on RAC.
