Database to generate quotations (server side)

I need a database to generate quotations quickly,? to save me time. The database will be single user only.? I am a one man company and always on the go. I want an internet based solution. My hosting offers MySql and a number of other databases. Solution? must be very cost effective. Currently quotations are manually cut and pasted into an excel spread sheet from some 5 suppliers and 50 different pdf files. There are no longer enough hours in a day to generate all the requested quotations in this manner. The database is relatively simple, with only 1000 products and another 1000 spare parts and accessories.
