C# component to Manage Active Directory

Hi All,

I need your help to develop? C#? component using? Microsoft.net 3.5 framework to Manage Active Directory functionality. I added my current required methods in the attached excel file.

I need someone to code all those methods using c# using the method names and possible parameters I mentioned in the excel file

I will call those methods from

my Asp.net 3.5 application. As active directory methods needs special admin permissions , this component needs to get executed using the Impersonation credentials of windows user specified in? [login to view URL] file. Password in [login to view URL] file needs to be encrypted.
