ACL Management Screen

The goal of the project is to design a small web site in Python/SQLAlchemy allowing an administrator: - to manage an Access Control List (ACL) based on Roles - assign Roles to People. The ACL is managed as a double-entry table (Role/Functionality). The DB part is already designed and used in production. ## Deliverables The web pages are generated from CGI scripts (ideally 2 different scripts as we have 2 pages). The CGI scripts may call external files (classes) if needed. Managing the entities (ie adding or removing Sponsor, Role and Functionality) is beyond the scope of the project but this may be added in a forthcoming project. Also, no need to worry about navigation: the 2 screens should be independent. and callable directly using a URL.
