Automatic Page creation for SEO

We require programmer to create on-the-fly website pages in PHP based on a template page, and 2 x data variables taken from MySQL database. We will also require a XML sitemap that will list these pages plus all static pages currently in the site. an example url would be: [login to view URL] XXXXXXXXX is a record from table 1, YYYYYYYYYY is from table2. This is for search enqine optimisation of our website. Once a link is clicked on, a template page is displayed where both fields will need to be displayed in various places in the template page (we will design and create the template page).
