ASP.NET/VB Web Developer Needed

Island Club Resorts Development, Inc, An Orlando, Florida-based company seeks qualified applicants for a web-based software development project. Project Details: Web application for Spa Operation to include: 1. Massage Therapy Appointment Scheduling. 2. Massage Therapy/Spa Feature & Billing Module. 3. Massage Therapy Inventory Tracking. 4. Massage Therapy Client Information Tracking. 5. Automated E-Mail Client Appointment Notification. 6. Client and Appointment Reporting. 7. Financial Tracking and Reporting. 8. Public Web Site Development including on-line appointment requests. Technical Requirements: 1. One year experience in ASP.NET 2.0 with a Visual Basic 2005 code-behind page. 2. Experience in Javascript. 3. Experience in HTML. 4. Flash experience desired. Must speak and understand written English and be able to communicate verbally via Skype. Also, must be capable of making minor development decisions without close supervision and step-by-step instructions. All work performed remotely with certain contact regulations. Must maintain contact with software development manager. If contact is lost for 3 business days consecutively without prior notification, company reserves the right to null/void project and choose another canmdidate. Will be required to sign a comprehensive contractor agreement. Most language of this contract pertains to U.S. citizens and Florida residents such as worker's compensation clause and liability insurance requirement. If you are located outside the United States, these clauses do not pertain to you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
