I currently am using Kashflow to record customer details and invoicing information.
I'd like to be able to pull information from the Kashflow DB - there is an API in place from Kashflow to do this.
The basic aim is for a web app that allows the DB to be used as a job/route list.
The db authentication information should be changeable from the app.
The customers should be pulled from the DB upon accessing the main customer page. When the list appears, they should be able to be 'queued' in a pending job list.
The pending job list should be accessible showing basic customer information - customer name, address and an editable notes field. The notes field should be saved for later access from the customers/job list screen. The most recent note should be shown on the route list.
The jobs on the route list should be re-arrangeable.
On the job list screen, clicking a map icon next to the job entry should show a google map location of the customers address.
From the entire list, a route map should be able to prepared, using google maps.
The app should also log the mileage for each trip, with a report available from an arbitrary date to another arbitrary date.
Further features may be added as an additional piece of work.
App is to be developed to run on Apache/Ubuntu (web server exists, standard LAMP - ftp access will be provided)

Hi
I have gone through the kashflow API, which is operated best in Webservices environment (Soap). If you have a server where soap (nusoap /pear) configured it would be easy to other work easily, other wise I have to configure it. After integerating soap API there will be no problem to do other tasks. Please check my Profile at GAF. If you want to see the sample work please PM me
Thanks
