Convert a simple PHP FBML Facebook app to iframes.

This is a simple job for someone with experience in facebook applications. I have a simple 'fortune cookie' type application written in php that uses the old FBML system. I now want to be able to install further copies but due to changes at facebook these will have to use the new iframe system. I need my existing app converted to use iframes. It will still need to be able to post to a users wall and have an invite a friend page. All changes must be in php as I may need to make adjustments to it myself in future and php is all I am comfortable with. This is a nice quick job for anyone who knows the differences between the old and new systems and can code in php.
