Basically connect all menus to their appropriate page or JomSocial Section.

Make-up some pages in Joomla to match up to the existing menu's functional pages, as defined in the spec doc...even if we have to fill it in with dummy content (i.e. Lorem Ipsum ).

Some menu options might involve connecting in add-ons or extensions not yet turned on...such as PHPBB3 or Kunena Forum functions.
