**Purpose**: Develop the SQL code to generate a database schema from the attached schema map and develop a database reader in PHP to generate data files from data read from the same database. **Environment**: The PHP script will be executed from the command line (CLI) on a Windows 2003 Standard server and the database will need to be for PostgreSQL 9.x. ## Deliverables See attached functional requirement spec along with attached database schema map. * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Sunday Feb 13, 2011 8:54:52 PM: 1) Yes, only "[login to view URL]" will be created. There will be another program that populates the data. To read the data, look at the schema for the database. 2) Each time a person accesses the database, the server becomes slower. Because the information doesn't change much (maybe once a week), it is better to just create a file. Furthermore, the database is more secure from attacks. Regards, Daniel
