Asterisk integration

I am looking for someone to configure Asterisk to initiate outbound VoIP calls a touch tone response provided by the callee. This will require PHP scripting. The call request will be sent to Asterisk from a PHP script (using PHP-CGI) with a phone number and a variable for an order number. An outbound call will then be initiated by Asterisk to the specified phone number. After the call is answered, Asterisk will provide a simple menu for the callee and accept a touch tone response. The menu options will consist of Asterisk playing simple pre-recorded messages and reading the order number to the callee. After the callee enters their touch tone response and terminates the call, the response will be sent to another server in the parameters of a web request along with the order ID. The menu flow for the callee is very simple and will be very similar to the following. It consists of messages asking the person being called "Do you accept order number XYZ? Press 1 for yes, 2 for no, 3 if you did not receive the order or 4 to replay message". If the callee presses 1, another prompt will be played requesting the time required before the order is completed. Of course, the pre-recorded messages and a detailed message flow plan will be provided for the person working on this project. Other important points: - Asterisk is already installed on a computer using Ubuntu. Asterisk is working with a soft phone (as proof that the installation was successful). - Voicepulse is the VoIP provider currently being used. - The task will need to be done remotely. - I am fairly new to linux and might ask a few dumb questions about what I need to provide to you.
