Boating site clone

Hi all, I would like a full clone of [login to view URL] Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the function of the site before you bid. I would also like the follwoing alterations 1. Ability to ad an image to every boat listing. 2. Mod_rewrite to produce static urls with page keywords in url 3. Remove site frame, I do not want this. All external links to open in new page and all internal links to open in same page. Fixed width 780 pix 4. Admin backend with ability to edit all form fields, box names, css etc. and ability to incorporate adsense ads anywhere. 5. German language option This is basically a classifieds script with alterations, so if you have anything prewritten I am happy to look at it. Thanks in advance
