I am looking for a website designer/programmer who can work with me to build a directory site from scratch.
I have an idea for a directory site, where after making a small payment, visitors will be able to upload images and enter text into 5 or 6 given fields.
The entered details must then generate a new page, which will be named after the information given intwo fields- i.e- name and location- so if the person uploading was called Robert and lived in California- a page should be generated called: [login to view URL] or similar.
I then wish other visitors to be able to register (for free) to then vote on the uploaded images and information.
I want the entries to have the possibility of being tagged by the uploaders, and a tag cloud on the site.
I would like registered users to be able to upload a picture to add to their profiles.
There are a few more small features I would like but I hope with this description you get the general idea.
The project will have to be started completely from scratch, and I would like the winner to work with me teaching me to administer the site.
