API Connectivity for Facebook application to Double API system

This is being written by a non-technical person. We have full documentation that will be provided to the chosen freelancer upon project agreement. Background After prior integration attempts, xyz company has requested Offerpop add support for HTTP Basic Authentication to Offerpop's API Adapter data integration service. HTTP Basic Authentication is a method for an HTTP user agent to provide a username and password when making a request. HTTP Basic Authentication is the simplest technique for enforcing access controls to web resources because it doesn't require cookies, session identifiers, or login pages. Rather, HTTP Basic authentication uses static, standard HTTP headers. As the username and password are sent insecurely in this protocol, HTTP Basic Authentication is generally only used on SSL encrypted connections. At a high level, we need code written so that when data comes from Offerpop, XYZ company's API adapter is able to accept it. Please use the attached version for the Offerpop API side of things. We will provide the XYZ company API documents upon selecting a programmer.
