Add more functions to existing system

Hi, As discussed, here is the second phase of the project (others to come): 1- The soft will always be open on a computer, it should search all the time to refresh the list 2- The soft will be running on one computer but the result page should be accessible from other computers on the same network (local) both mac and PC 3- The soft must keep all history, even if closed. This includes pictures, comments... everything 4- The access to the display web pages should be protect by user/password and there should be a text file somewhere that will keep a record of who logged in and when 5- There must be a search field that will search both customer names, reference number and project names (one field to search all that) 6- All pictures will still be on several network disks but all as (disk name)/(some directory)/(client name)/(project name) and sometimes some subfolders but they should be part of the project. This way the soft should group the files per project and per customer 7- Customers will always more or less be the same. So for each of them there will be a configuration file with info such as name, address, email... (I will give you the total info later) 8- The table as it is now will be automatically refreshed, group files per project and will show newest ones first (with the possibility to change) 9- A reference code will be created for each project and will be completely different from the others (5 letters and numbers, not following) 10- There will be the option to delete some lines from the table (if I don't want to use the pictures) 11- For everything (input text, select from drop down menu... only one click should be enough, some options need 2 clicks at the moment) 12- For each project we should have a temporary shipping date 13- For each project there should be a shipping info button that will be different if the info have already been filled or not. When it will be clicked, there will be a window opening that will allow the user to input shipping options: send to customer address or send to an other address (to be filled) plus few options to check or not (I will give them to you later) 14- There must be a few lists appearing on the right of the main table 14-1-List of all the new projects in the table with 2 button: one will send an email to the customer (template with custom fields to see together), an other will not do anything. When one of these buttons is pressed, the line will then disappear 14-2List of all the projects that should be shipped on that day. Items showing here will be the ones according to line 12, plus there will be a button for each project to change this date to the current day and the ones that will not have been confirmed (point 14-3) during the previous days 14-3-For each item of the 14-2 list, there will be a button to confirm the shipping, if clicked, the system will create a file in a local directory with a few info about the shipment (customer name, address, options checked or not...) to be seen later with the shipping company. 15 For each shipped order (point 14-3) the shipping software will then create a confirmation file with the same info as the one created plus a few others (most important is tracking number). The soft should scan for these files and automatically get them when created. Will then send an email to the customer (custom template to see together). 16- There should be an other access (an other web page) that will display an other table with some other info: Client Order name Order number Shipping way Date of order Estimated date of shipment Date of shipment (All the previous fields should be automatically filled by the system but the user might change them) Proforma number (until this one is not filled: underline) BL (check box) Facture number (These items will be 100% filled by the user) A search field will allow to search all that On the right side of this table, you will also have the lists from point 14-2 That should be it for a start.
