Animated Gif Design Tool

Graphic Design tool that does the following: 1. Downloads youtube videos/partial videos (just like YTD Downloader) or imports videos that you have on your hard drive. 2. Converts video to Gif (just like "Free Video To Gif") 3. Allows you to create frames/borders around videos 4. Allows you to overlay text on all frames (just like "Easy Gif Animator") 5. Has a WYSIWYG editor 6. Has templates to select from or upload your own where you can simply insert your video. 7. Allows you to create / insert buttons 8. Allows you to frame ENTIRE image by choosing colors or using/inserting custom borders. 9. Has a basic distribution feature to various social media properties, wordpress, and perhaps picture sites (flickr, picasa, dropbox) 10. SECURITY - should have some sort of random code security or only works from a members area so people can't just steal the damn thing. Basically I want something that can create thinks just like "[login to view URL]" But has a different looking interface (don't want it to look EXACTLY like that one).
