Browser extension / php / javascript

Hello. May I know more details regarding your site and database? It can be done like this. An extension can send a request to a php script located on your server providing a site URL. The script on your server will connect to the database and if the URL is listed in the database then it will return the content to display to the user. I suppose such php script does not exist yet and need to be coded as well? What about the part to manage URLs in the database? Should be coded as well or not? What about the popup php/html form, is it already created or not? Thank you.

Hi, This is a simple project and I see that you've received a rather large number of bids, so I won't trouble you with a long proposal. The only reason for selecting me over cheaper bids would be clarity of communication. I write English well, and appreciate the fact that you've taken the time to write a clear project brief. The only technical point I can bring up, is that were will need to be some kind of HTTP end-point to query the database. I'm sure you were already aware of this.
