CRM/Database - repost 2

Hi I require a CRM/database for my business so I can keep a track of all my customers and at what stage they are in completing the work. We have different stages completed by different people. I would like others to have access to the software and update it. I also want to keep track of payments for material and labour would anybody be able to help
