I have an old billing app, dilloware, from 1996. I can be seen at [login to view URL] . Similiar to Quickbooks, i.e. billing templates, and record keeping. They keep pushing upgrades I HAVE to pay for, but don't need. I want out from under them, so you'll be making a functional clone of the software. There is nothing proprietary about it, and it doesn't have to be pixel perfect, just have roughly the same functionality. Language or framework is up to you, just has to run on linux. Give me a quote!
