Commission Junction Feed Functionality

I am looking for someone who has extensive experience with commission junction feeds who knows how they could match up the same products from different stores. Right now, commission junction feeds are unique per store. An 80GB iPod from Best Buy has its own unique codes. An 80Gb iPod from another company also has its own code. At this time, we don't know how we could match up the same products without having someone manually do it. If you have experience doing this and you can provide an example where you already have been able to do this, please feel free to quote on the project. If you have never done this before and you do not have an example of work where you actually do this, you will not get the project.
