Content Aggregation

For every piece of published content (think of news story in a national newspaper OR popular blog), there are many engaged readers who can also leave comments or provide feedback on that specific story or blog or a given topic. # of comments on a given story will vary widely depending on the topic. Some comments are long while others are brief. Comments can be of good quality or poor. They may come from the public or important people. We have a program that will curate and aggregate all the comments of a given story on a word doc.

We are looking for help to curate (extract), aggregate, organize such comments - not all but based on certain criteria and guidelines.
