Convert Excel Quote Sheet to Web App - repost

Project Description: I have an Excel Workbook (attached) built with a Commercial quotation which gives me quotes for potential clients. I would like to make it into a web app so that potential clients can go online and get a quote by themselves. This excel spreadsheet needs to be on our website for client login and put details of the projects(like project name, address and contact emails) then they can input dates and select drop down menus until meet their criteria – meet one or two standards. I would like to incorporate explanations as the hide comments which appear when they hold the mouse over the cell). Once they fill in the blank cells then they could proceed with an online application which would autofill into a pdf into their email address and copy quotation sent to our email for us to follow up. Open to suggestions. ## Deliverables I would like the web application to look up to date visually and not like an Excel spreadsheet or outdated website. We currently have a website run by Joomula. Site Solution template that won't work with this web app. I will most likely, but open to suggestions, just have a button on the site to go to the web app in order for users to get a quote. Once again, the Excel Spreadsheet with all of the rules for the quotes already built in so it should make programming easier with the current tools available to convert excel to web apps.
