Convert XML data into associative MySQL tables

Hi,

I have some data in XML format and need it to be transferred into a MySQL database. I will provide you with phpMyAdmin access and the data.

I will also propose to you table structures, there are about 3000 records to convert. Some of the records have columns that have comma-delimited data and therefore need to be inserted in associative tables. Example: column "Names" has "David, Jason, Eric" and therefore you need to make a table called "names" with (id,name) and then another table called names_assoc with (userId,nameId) and add the data this way. Those aren't the actual columns or values, but it's to be clear on what I need.

I am well versed in PHP/MySQL and will make sure this is being done correctly, there is opportunity for more work upon good completion.
