I want you to create a website similar to [login to view URL] for my business where people can develop their own short questionnaires with different options on asking the questions and getting results. They must register on the website first to get access, and will be allowed to create questionnaires and publish the link so that others can complete the questionnaire online. Registration can be via LinkedIn or Facebook account, or simple registration. The client will then be able to generate results in an Excel format after questionnaires have been answered. I want some small customisation where the client can load their own logo on the top of their questionnaire, and at the bottom must be my logo, saying "Powered by". There will be 3 options available to buy per questionnaire. People should be able to pay via Paypal. 1. Free for 50 responses 2. R500 for 50 - 100 responses 3. R1000 for unlimited responses Use [login to view URL] as template for this.
