Daily Countdown Script Needs Updating

Hello Important - if your bid sounds like a copy and paste answer and if you do not mention any of the details of the project in your answer, we will just ignore your bid. Our current countdown timer counts down until the next 2:00pm as this is the cut-off time for placing orders for next day delivery. This is attached. We need it changed to include the following rules and conditions: 1. Orders placed on after 2:00pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent Monday (next working day) so the countdown has to change to count until Monday 2:00pm in days, hours, minutes, seconds Leap years every fourth year should be considered for future weekend 2. In the UK, we have "Bank Holidays" that are not working days. These would include Easter Monday, New Years Day and Christmas Day and, although they usually fall on a Monday, Good Friday, Christmas, Boxing and New Years Days may be another weekday. These days are to be treated like a Saturday and a list of the next one for 2012 and 2013 is here [login to view URL] (we use England only) This section should be easy for us to update in-house in future years (please supply simple instructions) 3. British Summer Time dates should be included from now until the end of 2014 as shown on [login to view URL] Please supply and updated script that can take into account the above conditions so that we do not have to update it until the end of 2013.
