Database is to be designed which covers the following headings:- - event calendar. This calendar has to be able to provide an email alert when something is due - document control. Ability to hold procedures/policy documents - legal requirements. Ability to hold all recent pieces of compliance - Organisational permite/licences . Ability to scan and place a copy of a permit/licence - Training management. Ability to keep all types of training records (scanned). Email alert to also be made available - Audit management . Ability to place copies of internal audits and then have summary table of all corrective actions. When a corrective action is due an email alert is to be made available. The same is to apply to corrective action / preventative action - Strategic Objectives - Objectives to be defined and columns added for how compliance against each objective has been met. - Customer Complaint. Form where people have the ability to add details about the customer complaint - Management Review meetings - Compliance reporting. Ability to plot how many LTI, LTIFR etc - Incident Management . Ability to records an incident and provide email alerts. Database to be able to plot for any one period how many corrective actions are still open along with non conformance report. Data for template insertion will be provided

Dear Customer, You need a website designed as a service to manage your client's certified QMS. It includes these ~13 services/pages: - Help page containing info and links for client orientation-this is a must; - Event calendar - sending email to client (and to you?) on occurrence of certain events; - Document vault - to keep client's QMS docs; - Legal requirements vault - needs clarification; - Licences vault - for certificates etc; - Training vault - for training records/certificates. - Audit management - for (internal) audit records and to produce a list of corrective/preventive actions + email and onsite alerts assigned to them; - Objectives - for objectives and how their compliance is met; - Customer Complaint - "Form where PEOPLE(?) have the ability..." - needs clarification; - Management Review - for minutes of Management reviews; - Compliance reporting. To plot how many LTI, LTIFR etc - needs clarification; - Incident Management. To record an incident and provide email alerts - needs clarification; - Plot for period showing open corrective actions (along with non conformance report??).
