Develope a SMS/E-mail Desktop application using PHP

Hello, First of all we have not find any template attachment you mentioned regarding format reference. Although we are ready to design develop SMS software for you. As you have mentioned that you need desktop application to be created to send SMS/ email to an individual or multiple persons. The application must have customize sender options in which you create a customized group of sender to send multiple sms at one time. The sms need to send via smsertech or similar gateway. Provide us the template also so that we could refer to your required format for the application. We have such softwares in near future also. so, this work is not new to us. We can further advise you for more required features in the application so that you get an all inclusive application . I have wrote a email sending script for my last project in freelancer.com. I can do the sms part It is possible to give a list to select receivers ( check boxes) of sms, emails as in my last project. I am php, database expert.I have done several php , mysql jobs in this site. Also I have experience in java scripts, Ajax, Jquery,.. other web technologies for more than 5 years.
