Disposable Email Forwarding Service **

I am in need of a good value for money PHP Programmer that will be able to put together a well written script with full commented code that will accept all incoming email *LIVE* for a said domain name and check the "To, "CC" & "BCC" against a recipient list stored on a database table. If a match can be found the script should then setup and forward any said email to the recipient address obtained OR store the email in the database and forward the recipient a **unique URL** what they can use to read the email and download any attachments via a webpage on our website. I do not have a database setup so please feel free to create a test database for the script to work with as is, i will be building up this project after handover has been completed (eg. user sign-up etc). Email address format stored in database would be:* inbox-{inbox number}*@*example*.com **Basic Features (functions):** - Count number of emails forwarded for the lifetime of a recipient address - Count number of emails forwarded within 24 hour period - Count number of days since last email was forwarded (for house keeping use) - Restrict Size of any attachments that maybe sent with an email. (stored in a const) - Record total emails forwarded within current month (database table holding each month?) - Option to stop forwarding email if a large volume of emails have been forwarded (email recipient a warning/notice) - An example to insert custom headers into email source (eg. Tracking reasons) I am also interested in some form of SPAM protection that can filter out incoming emails that are classified as SPAM without forwarding them to a recipient if found in the database. If implemented this would need to be fast and efficient. ** Script/Service will be required to run with:** - Apache - .htaccess - PHP 5.x.x - MySQL (this is a shared hosting package using cPanel so i would assume a script of this nature would use the advanced option under email settings "Pipe to a Program", some advice how to manually ***set this*** type of setting on a full rented Cento OS 5.5 server would also be good to know) The script should be delivered ready for me to simply upload to the server and setup without any major amendments **(**please have any constants in an include file for easier editing**)**. Your test SQL Database layout should also be included so it can be seen working immediately ***This is a Non-Profit project so i am paying for this out of my own pocket, Please take this project as a "test" for you work and understanding as i will be needing a good coder again in the near future..*** ***I will have more projects showing up on here in the near future that will have a far bigger payment offer due to the work involved so any potential bidder on this project will seriously be considered for future projects if they wish to bid and code amendments updates in the future.*** Thanks for reading.
