AS#3 3d Model load animation

First im after a quote because i have hit a brick wall

I need a Parser for Away3d engine to be able to load 3d model Collada from 3d max into flash

or/

I need a 3dMax (2012) script to export a model with animation/scene to awd

I imagine the second one would be easier;

Please leave your input aswell as its apreciated.

im happy to accept people with very little reputations aswell just cause of principle
