clone of dating website - POF

I would like to set up a new online dating site. The layout should be similar to the usual sites, such as POF.co.uk. However, the main 'selling point' would be to enable my members to enter their 'type'. For example, they would simply be able to type in looking for a 'male' with 'blonde hair', rather than like with the usual sites where you have to search endlessly for a person who catches your eye. I would also like to be able to, as the owner, provide the facility to e-mail my members with a 'match' i.e. someone who was their 'type' if members pay an additional fee per month. To do this, obviously when joining the site, members would have to state what they are looking for, so this should be a main feature on their profile. Must include banner management. I think, like POF, the advertising should come form 'banner' advertising, however I would also like to charge members a set fee per month if they upgrade to my e-mail facility.
