custom php ajax script mod for oscommerce site - repost 4

i need a custom shipping mod for products that will allow me to enter number of boxes and individual weights for said boxes example 3 boxes (2) at 45lb (1) at 15lbs has to be table based and intergrate with ups and fed ex shipping modules for accurate shipping prices i assume it would be in php and ajax with a table base to enter data also must be able to intergrate with products example i do printing 12pt 14pt 16pt stocks each of these options have different weights and box counts as well as different presses use different size boxes so this mod needs to tie into the attributes of site for accurate shipping as well as once done and installed needs to work with ups and fed ex real time shipping quotes has to be database driven for fedex and ups to pull rates from both it has to be able to update products to add or remove products from data base and has to be able to look to products for weight and box count with different weights for boxes EXAMPLE 5,000 6x9 is 2 boxes at 50lb 1 box at 15lbs 10,000 6x9 is 4 boxes 50lbs 1 box 30lbs so i need to be able to insert weigh and box count for all products that will then pull this information for the product to give different shipping rates for fedex and ups based on there published rates for all shipping options but every product is different so has to be a data base wrote in ajax and php and needs to be easy to figure out because i do not know alot about web programming
